AETL signs MoU with Haryana City Gas Distribution for Green Hydrogen Plant Development
AdvaitEnergy Transitions Limited (AETL) has entered into an off-taker MoU withHaryana City Gas Distribution (Bhiwadi) Limited. This MoU is aimed atestablishing a 2000 MTPA Green Hydrogen Plant.
Under theterms of the MoU, AETL will supply 15MW alkaline-based electrolysers andprovide turnkey EPC solutions along with Balance of Plant systems for theproject. Additionally, the company will handle the operations and maintenanceof the plant for a year post-commissioning.
Theagreement also includes consultancy and advisory services to explore thefeasibility of green hydrogen applications for industrial and commercialpurposes, alongside potential opportunities in green ammonia production andcarbon credits.
