Casing Pipes: Long-lasting protection for Borewells
One of the majorreasons for tubewell failure is corrosion and encrustation in conventionalmetal pipes. Corrosion damages strainer screens, allowing sand to enter thewell, while encrustation reduces the internal diameter and flow efficiency, makingthe system unserviceable over time.
Supreme hasaddressed these issues with its uPVC casing pipes, made from specially developedPVC compounds that offer superior resistance to corrosion, encrustation, andchemical attack. Supreme casing pipes are non-toxic, durable, and easy toinstall with threaded joints. They do not impart any taste, colour, or odour towater and pose no health risks.
These pipes areavailable in a wide range of varieties, including IS:12818 and ASTM D:1785compliant pipes, ribbed screen casing pipes, SDR series for shallow depths, andplain or slotted (screen) pipes. They are ideally suited for domestic,agricultural, industrial, and public or mining wells.
Column Pipes: Strength, Safety, and Long-termPerformance
Supreme columnpipes are engineered to deliver exceptional strength, durability, andreliability in submersible pump installations. Manufactured using speciallyformulated uPVC compounds and the latest technology, these pipes are rigorouslytested to withstand the combined weight of the pump, water column, and pipeassembly, with adequate safety margins.
One of the keyfeatures of these pipes is their unique square thread design, which ensuresrobust joints capable of absorbing shock and jerk loads during operation. Thesethreads not only provide superior tensile strength but also allow for easyjoining and rejoining, an advantage during installation and maintenance. Toensure leak-proof performance, the pipes are fitted with specially designed ‘D’type and flat rubber sealing rings, which offer a tight seal while absorbingpump vibrations.
