Gross Development Value of the project is pegged at INR 7,000-crores.


Hiranandani Group and Krisala Group have agreed to jointly develop a 105-acre land parcel in Pune. The land asset is located in North Hinjewadi, Pune, and is owned by Hiranandani Group.

While the Hiranandani Group was initially looking to sell, the team at Colliers India advised that a Joint Development would be in the best business interests of both parties.
