Atlas Copco launches five new Air Compressorsacross industry segments.
 
Atlas Copco recently launched fivenew specially designed products in the Air Compressor segment for the Indianmarket, providing an edge to small and medium scale business units. This newrange includes Piston Air Compressors, Screw Air Compressors, and onsite nitrogengenerator series.


The new launches are positioned tocater to the changing demands of customers from different sectors across thecountry. The key industry segments which will benefit from these compressed airsolutions are cement, foundry and forging, metal, general engineering, auto andancillaries, and many more.


This range of new innovativeproducts will enhance customers’ productivity and help reduce energy consumption,the management opines. Amongst the five products, GA 75-110 VSD+ isa variable speed drive oil-injected Screw Air Compressor, which is an idealchoice for fluctuating demands of customer applications. It can save upto 50per cent of energy costs.
GA 75-110 VSD+ has integrated Elektronikon®– most intelligent microprocessor for advanced monitoring , control andconnectivity, thereby providing customers peace of mind by remaining connectedwith the machine at all times. It has a magnetically fixed pre-filter thatenables the application to handle high dust.


G 15-22 and GA 15-22 are fixed speedoil-injected Screw Air Compressors with the revolutionary new screw element. Theseproducts are intended to reduce energy consumption and offer higher uptime andreliability.


The cast iron piston series – ATC – rangingfrom 3 hP to 10 hP, is coupled with IP55 motor that is known for reliability and can function in operatingtemperatures of up to 46 degree C. The product hasa low foot print and low noise.


In the Nitrogen Generator segment,Atlas Copco’s new NGMs 1-3 membrane technology units offer efficient, compactand simple low-cost on-site solution for low-flow N2 requirementswith benefits of minimal maintenance and operational costs. These generatorscome with a wall mounting option as well.
